We're going to be a little ahead of the game baking these since the day of the dead is the 2nd of November. I've wanted to make them for ages and had this recipe bookmarked for a year though and it's only a couple of days out!
We'll follow this recipe. Separately we'll go up to the end of step 3 on saturday before we finish them off on Sunday. I think I'll make just half the recipe since the quantities are pretty astronomical.
