Her results - Butterscotch Pudding

He made this twice this week, and I wanted to make it twice this week! This is a great pudding recipe. It was smooth, creamy and sweet, just like I was hoping when I chose the recipe. The bourbon I added, while just two teaspoons, added a subtle yet distinct whiskey flavor. Since I love bourbon this was right up my alley, but those who don't love it might want to knock it back to one teaspoon.




The only downside to this pudding is that it isn't very pretty ungarnished. I didn't mind since I made it for personal consumption, but if I was serving this to others I'd have to add whipped cream and sprinkles of chocolate shavings.
