Recipe 39 - Chocolate-Covered Pretzel Toffee

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick, 110g) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 (250g) cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (115g) crushed thin pretzel twists
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon fleur de sel or other flaky sea salt
